While talking to Hello Indo-Arab, Salman Khan said that the 1989 film ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ is one of his favourites. He also remembered the shooting of the film’s very famous song ‘Kabootar Jaa Jaa’ and revealed that this song brought tears to his eyes.
He narrated an interesting anecdote and said, “I was about 18 years old, and there was a really memorable moment during the shooting of the song ‘Kabootar Ja Ja’ when I suddenly realised that this role was really meant for me. In fact, during many narrations, I had imagined Jackie Shroff or Anil Kapoor in those roles. I actually thought I could never do big films… That moment was the first time I felt, ‘Yes, I can do this.’ I had tears in my eyes.”
